Shipping & Returns Policy
If you've shopped with us before, you'll know that your animals mean the world to us, so please be assured that we are working as hard as we can to ensure deliveries are despatched as quickly as possible. There may however, be a few occasions when orders don’t quite make it out for delivery as quickly as usual, or when couriers might take a little longer to get your parcel to you. Please bear with us and be assured we will always do our very best to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Many thanks in advance.
Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as we can. Posting days are Tuesdays and Fridays. International orders are generally dispatched within 7 days of receipt.
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt and report any problems or dissatisfaction with your order to WABLUSPETS within 48 hours.
If WABLUSPETS have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer will be refunded.
If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods in an unused, reseelable condition within 14 working days and we will endeavour to exchange the goods where possible, making any extra financial adjustments regarding cost of the exchanged products. Please note an additional standard postage charge will be made in shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.
If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required please return the goods unopened and in a reseelable condition within 14 working days and the full price of the product will be refunded.
Standard delivery (delivery up to 14 days)
Standard delivery is charged at £7 on all orders under £150 delivered to an address within mainland UK. For orders over £150.00 delivery is free of charge to an address within mainland UK.
Standard Shipping Charges to Highlands and Islands of the British Isles are as follows: £12 on orders under £150.00; £6.00 on orders over £150.00. The following postcodes attract these charges:

Express Delivery
If you require an order sending on an EXPRESS service (not including Saturday) this will cost £14. These rates apply to Mainland UK delivery address.
Please note: In the event of severe weather conditions e.g.: snow, there may be a delay in receiving your goods, courier may not attempt delivery direct to your home and instead leave your goods at your Local Post Office. Again during times of severe weather disruption Royal Mail services may be disrupted, resulting in you receiving your goods later than expected. During these times we will also not be able to guarantee a next day delivery service.
Outside UK Mainland Delivery charges are charged per parcel (max 20kg) see below – if when your order is processed it comes to more than one parcel we will contact you to confirm that you are happy to pay any extra delivery charges. In the unlikely circumstance you are not happy to pay the extra delivery charge your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that there are also parcel size and volumetric weight restrictions for deliveries outside Mainland UK, together with regulations regarding the transportation of liquids. We will contact you should your parcel fall into these categories and advise regarding additional delivery costs.
